Cabo Bali Career Information 2026

Cabo Bali is a villa management company in Bali, founded in 2023 by founders who have been building Bali villas since 2021. We manage 20+ privately owned luxury villas across Uluwatu, Bingin, Canggu, Pererenan and Seseh, with operations hubs in Uluwatu, Canggu and Seseh.

For villa owners, we run every villa like an investment: dynamic pricing updated daily, in-house engineers on day and night shifts, daily inspections and transparent monthly owner reports. Our portfolio averages 91% occupancy against a Bali market average of 55–65%, and every villa is a Superhost listing.

For guests, we offer handpicked private-pool villas that can be booked direct at cabobali.com, with concierge support and 95% positive guest sentiment across all booking channels.

Our team covers concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue, marketing and owner relations. We hire locally, train properly and reward quality.

Culture

We are owner-operated. The founders and our general manager are on the ground every week, inspecting villas and working alongside the team. Nothing is run from a distance.

We reward quality, not just hours. Our concierge, housekeeping and maintenance bonuses are linked to guest reviews and inspection results, so good work is seen and paid for.

We keep our core team in-house. Engineers, housekeepers, concierge and content creators are full-time Cabo Bali team members, not outsourced.

We hire carefully. Many roles start with a paid trial day, so you see the real job before you commit, and we see your work.

We are proud of the numbers. 91% average occupancy and 95% positive guest sentiment come from a team that cares about the small details.

We grow people. Most of our team are local Balinese and Indonesian talent, and we promote from within as the company grows.
