Aspire Consulting Services is a prestigious independent business consulting firm serving foreign entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders entering and expanding in Indonesia.
We operate with Big-4 discipline, boutique accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Our Bali Retail Office is expanding and we are recruiting ambitious professionals with strong character, strong learning agility, and strong execution discipline.
All roles are client-facing and performance-driven.
## General Requirements (All Positions)
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Law, Business, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field)
* Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
* Strong analytical and structured thinking
* Strong mindset and emotional maturity
* High learning curve and intellectual curiosity
* Team player with professional conduct
* High integrity and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a deadline-driven consulting environment
* Strong ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, research AI platforms) – *highly advantageous*
* Experience using ERP systems, especially *Odoo*, is a strong plus
## Employment Structure
* Maximum *3-month probation period*
* Followed by a *12-month fixed-term contract*
* Upon strong performance → eligibility for *Permanent Contract*
During probation, candidates must provide their own laptop.
