About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and attentive Shisha Maker to join our team and deliver a premium shisha experience for our guests.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a lively lounge or restaurant environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and assemble shisha setups including bowls, pipes, charcoal, and flavors based on guest preferences.
- Monitor active sessions and ensure guests receive a consistent, high-quality experience throughout.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shisha station and all equipment at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and comply with health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum High School or Diploma; at least 1 year of experience as a Shisha Maker
- Knowledgeable in shisha preparation, flavor mixing, and charcoal management.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional with good communication and teamwork skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
