Receive recruitment requests from departments, clarify job descriptions (JDs), identify insights for each position, and find suitable candidate profiles.
Implement recruitment activities: post job ads, search, and source candidates.
Conduct market research & talent mapping for difficult and specialized jobs.
Receive, categorize, and screen candidate resumes, and engage with department heads to select suitable candidates based on recruitment criteria.
Provide consultation to candidates and organize specialized interviews, assessing technical skills, aptitude, culture fit, and conducting required tests.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the recruitment and integration process is efficient and follows procedures.
Research and contribute ideas, and collaborate with departments to execute projects for candidate sourcing and recruitment branding.
2/ Employee Branding (20%)
Build and develop recruitment branding through recruitment channels: recruitment websites, fanpages zalo, linkedIn, etc.
Organize events in collaboration with domestic universities.
Support other tasks of the Human Resources department.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in the IT/Game industry
Proficient in using various recruitment channels, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
