Our Story
Back in 2013, Ying Cong, Oswald, and Qin En started connecting their friends to interesting startup internship opportunities and matching them via spreadsheets. That was how Glints came into life. After all these years, our purpose remains the same: to realize human potential for all people and organizations.
2013
Glints was born in Singapore as an internship matching service.
2014
Glints raises US$475,000 in seed money from noteworthy investors in Singapore’s tech scene.
2015
Glints launches in Indonesia, marking the first time Glints is available beyond Singapore.
2016
Glints raises US$2.7 million in Series A round co-led by Golden Equator Capital and Gobi Partners.
2018
HRnetGroup makes strategic investment, boosting Glints’ role as a major player in the young professionals recruitment space.
2019
Glints secures US$6.8 million in Series B round and launches in Vietnam.
2020
Glints is listed on LinkedIn’s 10 Top Startups in Singapore.
2021
Glints raises US$22.5 million in an oversubscribed Series C round led by Persol Holdings.
