1. Manage (Access, analyze, develop etc.) the company’s marketing assets, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), website, credentials, case studies, etc.
Collaborate with other team/department members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
3. Plan and create communications materials (editorials, posts, videos, images) that best capture the company’s voice and culture
4. Help team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each Project
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
5. Conduct market research to determine adjustments in services, marketing strategies etc.
Undertake individual tasks as assigned
• At least 3 years of experience proven in the marketing field
• Strong analyzing skills and critical thinking based on data
• Being able to think logically, analyze, be creative and willing to do research and learn.
• Having a certain academic qualification. Being capable of strategic direction, and building strategy for the project.
• Majoring in Marketing with work experiences in Marketing, Communications, and having extensive expertise as a Strategic Planner
