- Conduct outreach to potential prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate a robust pipeline of qualified meetings.
- Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and services offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls, meetings set, and pipeline contribution.
- Submit weekly progress reports.
- At least 1+ year experience in sales or business development, any experience in B2B sales, or business administration.
- English Proficiency in both writing and speaking.
- Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, ...)
- Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
- Experience in achieving sales targets.
- Experience working in a client support role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
- Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Dynamic and comfortable working environment.
- Work-life balance 40-hr per week from Mon to Fri.
- Overtime is rarely required, you will get paid for the extra work (upto 300%).
- Upto 16-days and 2-days probation leave per year.
