- Conduct quarterly research on target audience insights and competitors' social activities.
- Plan and execute social engagement campaigns, including content creation and design liaison.
- Manage outsourcing vendors for quality control and timeline adherence.
- Structure and optimize social media channels and campaigns for efficiency and scalability.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for campaigns, monitor performance and make adjustments where needed.
- Consolidate and analyze budget allocation for campaign cost-efficiency.
- Act as the campaign owner for daily engagement publication and produce content to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and SEO specialists to generate relevant and effective content.
- Supervise the production of visual materials and ensure alignment with brand values.
- Track project execution timelines for social engagement campaigns.
- Plan and produce SEO campaign articles in collaboration with SEO specialists.
- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
- Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for digital platforms.
- Understanding of SEO basic principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize social campaigns accordingly.
- Budget management experience is a plus.
- Good at English 4 skills: speaking, reading, writing, listening
