- Organize and host community events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and contests, to promote interaction and strengthen community bonds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback from the community, contributing to product or service improvements.
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for community development and enhancement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community management, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
- Degree in communication, marketing, or social media
- Prior experience in marketing or social media.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
- Basic skills of Microsoft Office and doing reports
- Fluent in English
