Actively seek and onboard new affiliates and influencers to diversify and expand our network and reach. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, equipping them with the necessary tools and support for successful product promotion.
Identify influencers tailored to each brand/campaign/product.
Repairing quotations & optimizing KPI for brands
Briefing, negotiating & closing the deal with the Influencer to proceed with the campaign
Create a content strategy to promote affiliate products
Test different types of content to maximize revenue
Collaborate with insights, content, and creativity to create bespoke experiences aimed at scaled advertiser acquisition and ROAS
Analyze campaign performance and adjust outreach and efforts based on ongoing learnings
Continuously scale influencer pipeline; actively identify, recruit and negotiate new partnerships leveraging your existing relationships and building new ones
Identify livestream opportunity with KOC/KOL to push revenue on Tiktok
Manage livestream script, operations
Performance Analysis & Budget Management:
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to conversion funnels and revenue performance, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, encompassing commission structures and promotional expenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Experience building and managing influencer and affiliate programs
Portfolio of successful affiliate marketing campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
General knowledge of paid and organic user/customer acquisition tactics and - conversion funnels as well as paid social advertising platforms
Ability to synthesize complex data into digestible and actionable insights
Strong communication and organizational skills
Effective collaboration with marketing teams to develop compelling - promotional materials. Proven project management skills
