oCoordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met
oManage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
oMaintain and develop client relationships. Understand their marketing communications needs.
oWrite project briefs that accurately capture client’s needs, objectives, and budget, and that give colleagues the information they need in order to do their best work.
oEnsure that the company’s work exceeds clients’ expectations.
oDevelop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
oManage client billing and collections.
oOversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
oSupervise and ensure quality of vendors and contractors’ deliverables
oMonitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
oParticipate in company brainstorms and market research as needed.
oParticipate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.
-Hands-on experience in digital marketing, experience in digital marketing campaign planning, execution and measurement
-Ability to build up and develop subordinate (Account Executive(s))
-At least 03 years working in global communications/marketing/advertising agency.
-Good customer service attitude, good attention to details
-Excellent written English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 above). Korean would be an advantage but not required
-An innovative and creative personal style
-University degree in marketing, media & communications, foreign trade, foreign languages etc.
