● Schedule and arrange CEOs meetings, appointments and keep minutes;
● Keep track of the CEO's work, maintain a work diary, and schedule work for the CEO;
● Attend events and meetings with the CEO; Prepare documents, collect necessary information at the request of CEO;
● Make and confirm travel arrangements; Prepare travel documents;
● Ensure confidentiality of work information;
● Deliver information and messages from the CEO to the departments;
● Textualize the CEO’s orders and deliver them to the responsible staff;
● Write regular and in-process reports as requested by the CEO;
● Support CEO in internal and external relations;
● Support, implement and follow up the assignment of duties from the CEO.
● Bachelor‘s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages;
● At least two years of experience in similar positions;
● Good English skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.5);
● Agile, able to learn quickly;
● Dedicated, proactive at work;
● Good thinking and logical work arrangements;
● Being familiar with IT knowledge and terms is a plus.
