Pet Adventures by Animal Doctors International are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executive to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. This position will be in charge of from sales through to execution, this is the end–to–end.

● Handle client inquiries throughout the full sales funnel, from new lead, to converting to confirmed move, and all the move execution until safe and successful arrival at destination.
● Communicate with clients efficiently to consult them regarding their travel plans, overcoming rejection, to prepare for their relocation and reassure them throughout the whole process.
● Coordinate with the Pet Adventures team in all our locations to ensure an extraordinary client experience.
● Coordinate with selected partners and all stakeholders to plan and execute the relocations.
● Collect and verify client documents and details and make sure they comply with requirements from airlines and handling agents.
● Handle any unforeseen situations during the relocation execution and communicate with the client on all pertinent updates.
● Support clients to schedule pre-travel and clinical appointments.
● Build good connections with government departments, and facilitate the process of applying for and issuing of documents related to import and export in a timely manner.
● Arrange transportation to and from vet hospital, government office, client residence, as well as other locations when needed.
● Liaise with the rest of the team to revise quotations, sell add-ons, modify the relocation plans, in order to enhance the client experience.
● Stay up to date on market trends, competitors and give feedback and suggestions to the team on how to improve and grow in your market.
● Actively build up a network of service providers and industry stakeholders
● Train and support new team members to integrate, become operational and achieve team objectives and targets.
● Support other team functions when needed
● Support the Head of Department on various tasks outside your main job scoop when asked to.
● Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, logistic or related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
● Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
● A commitment to excellent customer service
● Excellent written and verbal Vietnamese and English communication skills
● Communication skills in Thai is highly valued
● Self-motivated and innate ability to work independently
● Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
● Exceptional self-learning ability, requiring little to no training in sales & customer service
