- Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive retail strategies that elevate the customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing department to implement effective in-store promotions and brand initiatives that attract and retain customers.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to inform dynamic pricing strategies and optimal product placement, enhancing store performance.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels across stores, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and accessible to meet consumer demand.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support to store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence in sales and customer service.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future demand, and establish realistic sales goals to guide store performance.
- Sales Program Coordination: Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine and implement sales programs and initiatives that align with the brand's growth objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in training and staff development.
- Strong ability to develop and implement retail strategies that improve customer experience and drive sales.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and setting sales goals based on data-driven insights.
- Experience with inventory management and an understanding of supply chain logistics.
- Experience working with marketing teams to drive promotions and enhance brand visibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and with business partners.
- Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and travel between store locations as required.
- Knowledge in interior, furniture, or design is preferred, enhancing the ability to contribute to store layout, visual merchandising, and overall customer experience.
