1. Headhunt - Candidate role
- Sourcing for suitable CVs and shortlisting qualified CVs to client
- Prescreening interview to re-check candidate quality as well as getting to know more about candidate's unique selling point
- Arranging interviews/ necessary meetings between clients and candidates
2. Business Development Roles:
- Finding potential clients Lead
- Keeping in touch with clients & receiving new job orders and disclosing to teammates
- Introducing to company's service
- Candidates follow up - sending candidates' resumes to clients - chasing on payment deadline of successful placement)
- Must have at least 7 years of total work experience.
- Must have a University degree
- Must have 4 years or more experience of Executive Search and Selection OR industry recruitment experience,
- Must be able to demonstrate strong industry knowledge / personal network in a particular field that is significant to HR2B business;
- Want to have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, managing a small team.

- Monday - Friday (8AM - 5.30PM)
