- Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans;
- Campaigns planning, make forecasts by handing inventory gaps and controlling P&L;
- Planning to build and sales on Tiktok platform;
- Coordinate and collaborate with ad ops, product and Brand teams, etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution;
- Analyze past campaigns performance and finding common trends to build best practice;
- Partner with sales to develop brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including developing media plans and creative campaigns;
- Work directly with agency and Tiktok platform to partner with creators/ Celebs to do key livestream;
- Work with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing projects;
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
- Bachelor of Business/ Economic/ Marketing.
- Have experience working in the Cosmetics/ Healthcare Products
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Project management skill.
