- Contribute to develop monthly marketing plan that strengthens Marou branding, support marketing objectives and drive the business results
2. Content and Social Media Marketing (30%)
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendar and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create high-quality, creative content (photos, videos, text) for various social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts and monitor brand health
- Assist with e-commerce content creation and management
- Stay up-to-date on social media landscape and adapt strategies accordingly
3. Communications & PR (15%)
- Copywriting and craft compelling brand messaging and storytelling
- Develop and execute press releases and media outreach campaigns
- Build relationships with media outlets
4. Digital Marketing (10%)
- Assist to setup and implement tactical digital advertising campaigns
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing events and brand partnership events
- Identify and build relationships with relevant KOLs
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with the design team to create marketing materials
- Track and measure the performance of all marketing activities (brand awareness, website traffic, social media engagement, etc.)
- Generate regular reports and presentations to analyze marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements
9. Budget management (5%)
- Monitor marketing costs within budget including agency fees and advertising fees
10. Cross-department collaborations and other tasks as assigned by Management (5%)
- University in Business Management/Marketing/PR/Communications/Business Administration or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Proven experience in marketing communications planning, preferably from the F&B or retail industry
- Strong and proven experience in social media marketing, content creation and planning
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, e-commerce) would be a strong asset
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Agility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic skill in Photoshop and Illustrator (or similar design tools) is a plus
- Experience with influencer marketing (KOL marketing)
