- Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with Pizza 4P's brand objectives and business goals.
- Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, utilizing problem-solving skills in creativity at the end.
- Collaborate with senior management to translate brand vision into actionable creative initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including restaurants, packaging, digital platforms, marketing materials and product design.
- Continuously evolve and elevate the Pizza 4P's brand identity while staying true to its core values and aesthetics.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform brand development strategies.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to generate fresh concepts and design solutions.
- Oversee the creation of compelling visual assets, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, photography, and videos.
- Direct the development of cohesive design systems that enhance brand recognition and user experience.
- Overseeing the production of printed material such as (but not limited to) packaging, books, menus, and posters. High attention to detail must be paid to paper selection, color checks, reviewing and providing feedback on print samples and signing off on final printed items.
- Find innovative ways to deliver "wow" experiences to guests while also inspiring the company's vision, mission, and sustainability efforts through design.
- Infuse creativity and originality into campaigns, menus, and other design elements to captivate and delight customers.
- Provide expert advice on new concepts, such as signage and interior decor, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions that enhance the overall dining experience.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering their professional growth and creative potential.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and creativity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and R&D, to align design initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative work
- Establish workflows, timelines, and priorities to streamline project execution and maximize efficiency.
