- Create event/activation concepts under brand campaign.
- Develop engagement activities to enhance brand experience.
- Develop event and activation flow to ensure excellent experience for consumers.
- Develop design brief and ensure quality and timeline.
- Review creative materials to ensure effectiveness and creative brilliance.
- Participate in important meetings with clients (brief & presentation days) to convince client about creative works.
- Responsible for constructing and delivering high quality, accurate, on-time performance management.
- Manage team resources & workload to work effectively to deliver multi projects at the same time.
- Coach and develop staff in line with their career roadmap and Creasia core values
- Develop content plans to enhance our corporate image.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as Creative/planning from Agencies or Branding marketing.
- Have a proven track record of successful case studies and project management.
- Great teamwork, strong work ethic and have extreme ownership.
- Creative mind with ability to generate and apply ideas.
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
