A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels
- Lead all creative design and copywriting
- Adhere to brand guidelines
- Manage and plan the production calendar
- Manage the content team responsible for content creation
- Train and give feedback to the company’s creative team
- Collaborate with company leaders, especially the marketing team
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the client's requirements
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ needs as well as our own
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
- BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- An intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practices/guidelines
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the creative team
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a team
- Good time-management skills, ability to multitask as well as working under pressure
