ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Sr. Executive is fully responsible and accountable for the success of the venue marketing department. Direct and coordinate all activities relating to Marketing and branding for the Company.
· Plan & supervise all marketing campaigns for the company to drive business
· Identify market segments and conduct market research to identify the needs of the targeted customers in the market
· Oversee creative service request process to develop and maintain venue marketing collateral for business including advertisements, digital marketing & social media, etc…
· Oversee the preparation of the marketing content required to deliver the marketing strategies on time for both offline and online
· Develop the key community relationships and strategic partnership programs that will elevate the brand profile and drive revenue
· Oversee guest relations/public relations and community outreach programs
· Manage marketing and advertising agencies and other marketing suppliers, including contract management
· Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to reach KPI following with company objectives
· Database marketing management (CRM and other sources)
· Prepare, monitor and manage the marketing budget efficiently to optimize the quality and price across all marketing expenditures
· Recruit, train, manage and build up marketing team
· Set and monitor Department’s KPI to manage activity within the team
· Report weekly/monthly to General Director
· Other duty as assigned from BOD
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related degree
· At least 5 years marketing/branding experience and 2 years in management position
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other local media platforms Experience with Web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
· Exhibits positive attitudes
· Professional & strong written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese.
· Organization, negotiation, management, leadership skills
· Experience in education is an advantage
