Turnover Management (Sell-in):
Effectively manage sales turnover and drive growth in assigned accounts.
Maintain account spending within target limits.
Ensure overall customer profitability aligns with company objectives.
Monitor sell-out performance to contribute to the product line.
Manage display share at assigned accounts.
Sales Opportunity Development:
Develop Joint Business Plans with customers to increase sales.
Identify opportunities through competitor and market analysis.
Discover potential through the development of new services or products.
Increase the company's product presence in the customer's portfolio.
Collaborate with Product Managers and the Marketing team to plan and execute strategies.
Conduct market visits to evaluate the situation and provide feedback to the team.
Utilize PSI information to forecast accurately.
Responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels at customer warehouses.
Manage orders, deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with the Service team to support the warranty process for retailers.
Maintain regular contact with customers, building and leveraging relationships.
Provide prompt feedback and resolution to customer concerns.
Conduct customer evaluations and reviews.
