Respond to our user’s questions in a timely and clear manner, understand their needs, and offer solutions
Resolve issues for our individual customers, corporate clients and partner sellers / interior design & construction firms through chat and email
Analyze the customer’s purpose and requirement to advise on additional products and services when they need it
Record user feedback / complaint and report it to line manager
Manage orders from order confirmation to successful delivery for e-commerce
Convert leads into match with our interior partners for construction business
Receive and process feedback from companies that want to become our partners
Proactively work with partners on the platform to collect the latest data, promotions and enter accurate and complete data in the system
Prepare quotations for B2B orders (Commerce)
Other projects will be assign by line manager on an ad hoc basis
Have 1+ years of work experience in customer service / order management in e-commerce, logistics, IT, interior, real estate or relevant industries
Proficient in using Google Workspace (G Suite) or Microsoft Office
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Communication and negotiation skills with customers
Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
Positive thinking & high energy
Fast adaptation and willing-to-learn mindset. Ready to work in highly competitive and fast-paced environment, tight schedules; deliver stiff targets
Knowledge of interior design & construction is a plus
Start-up work experience is preferred
