According to the assignment from Business development Manager, you’re
expected to participate in activities that contribute to acquisition of new
clients. The activities include but do not limit to:
● Conduct small-scale market researches to identify potential segments
● Search, find and connect to decision makers or contact points in
● Organize and clean up weekly or monthly lead database
● Answer client queries on company’s social media (facebook) and
● Attend occasional client meetings (offline or online) and provide
● Make partially sales kit or pitch proposal
● Create paperwork (contracts, quotation, payment notice) according to
templates provided by company and information from Business

● Create paperwork (campaign report slides, liquidation, payment
notice,…) according to templates provided by company and
information from Business Development Executives.● Source, connect, propose and make paperwork, suitable vendors to
provide quotation for services such as: designing, seeding, content
● Send emails/mails or make calls to survey client satisfaction post
