- Salary Range: Negotiable (with compensation plan)
- Working time: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m ( 5 working days per week)
- Develop and Maintain Backend Services: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Laravel and NodeJS. Ensure the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Database Management: Handle the setup, integration, and maintenance of database systems including MySQL and NoSQL databases. Optimize database performance and manage schema migrations.
- Cloud Services Management: Deploy and manage applications on AWS. Utilize various AWS services effectively to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications.
- Implement Caching Solutions: Configure and manage caching mechanisms like Redis to improve system performance and reduce load times.
- API Development and Management: Develop robust APIs that are secure, well-documented, and easy to integrate. Ensure data protection and validation in API communication.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with project managers, frontend developers, and other backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks in the applications.
- Security Practices: Apply best practices and proactive measures to secure applications against common security threats.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a backend developer with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
