- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant or in Talent Acquisition at a Japanese company.
- Japanese proficiency at N2 level (with certification).
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Assist the Director with daily tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling administrative duties.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and providing feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
- Translate documents and information from Japanese to English and vice versa as needed.
- Participate in company meetings and events, providing reports and meeting minutes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
