The Assistant Brand Manager is managing the assigned brand & innovation development in:
1. Marketing planning (20%)
- Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of product line/brand in order to meet established sales targets.
- Initiate activities/plans to drive growth of the assigned brand & portfolio.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and inventory; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product line/brand.
- Plan and deploy marketing campaign including AP budget allocation, communication across channel such as digital, event.
- Coordinate with cross-functions to ensure activities to be followed-up and executed.
- Constantly review KPIs & campaigns performances to propose relevant actions & inputs.
2. PR & Digital Management (50%)
- Develop and implement PR, Digital Calendar, and Plan in alignment with Regional Communications guidelines and Brand Strategy. Monitor KPI and results.
- Work with Brand Manager and Regional Marketing to build local digital platforms (Facebook, websites, etc.), leveraging brand existing assets (Website, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Ecommerce Channel) to adapt for the market while maintaining the brand guidelines and global alignment across channels
- Work and manage PR and Digital Agency to develop, localize the platforms, build social media strategy, contents, and activities to make sure all the brand guidelines are adhered to. Map out analytics, KPI and report.
- Monitor competitors' PR/Digital activities, growth and market trends on a monthly basis and have an action plan and proposal according to the market movement
- Build, extend and maintain a great relationship with KOLs and Influencer
- Ability to create content for company social media
- Manage product seeding, product information, press release following the brand calendar to maximize brand exposure and awareness
- Consolidate press/online clippings and monthly reports
- Management of social media sites such as Facebook, Tiktok, Ecommerce channel…
- Website management digital marketing tools (Google Analytics): Proficiency in using WordPress to support the update of our website/ support to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our branding.
3. Event Coordination (10%)
- Coordinate and execute in-house and outdoor events at partner venues.
- Assist in organizing co-branding activities, such as seminars, workshops and sponsored events.
- Supervise the creation, production, distribution, and display of promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling promotional artwork.
- Ensure smooth event operations
4. Operational & other tasks (20%)
- Assist in the management of social media accounts as assigned.
- Handle administrative tasks.
