- Welcome visitors/guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls promptly to relevant staffs
- Manage mails, letters, parcels,... efficiently and distribute correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area as well as the G floor space
- Handle payment process
- Manage office stationery and place orders as necessary
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Liaise with Building management to assure cleaning services, maintenance, and other services
- Be in charge of parking arrangement, parking card and managing drivers of BOD
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- At least 1 year of proven experience in both Administration and Receptionist.
- Good communication in Vietnamese & English
- Have a professionally polite & friendly appearance and behaviour
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Supportive, dynamic, proactive and hardworking.
