Client Briefing and Internal Debriefing:
Collect client briefs and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and research creative solutions for clients.
Proposal Writing and Pitching:
Develop compelling proposals and presentations to acquire projects from clients.
Pitch ideas to clients, aiming for the best possible outcomes and project wins.
Strategic Event Campaign Development:
Devise and implement strategic event campaigns across various channels.
Project Management and Execution:
Prepare quotations, manage internal costs, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure efficient and effective project management, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budget.
Event Coordination and Troubleshooting:
Coordinate with suppliers, conduct rehearsals, and address client queries.
Resolve issues on the day of the event to ensure smooth operations.
Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:
Evaluate events post-execution, including data analysis and financial settlements.
Conduct team review meetings and prepare reports for event stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client teams.
Event Market Research and Knowledge Update:
Stay up-to-date on event trends and industry developments through research and external sources.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Event Supervisor.
Creative mindset, proactive approach to work, and ability to function well in a team.
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
