Our client, PT. MSC Indonesia Consulting, is looking for a talent with details below:
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment: source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Manage and conduct employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the corporate HR team in the performance management process, covering goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Enhancing employee engagement and cultivating a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs within the organization.
- Maintain and ensure the implementation of the annual learning calendar.
- Placement: Jakarta

Requirements
- Possession of a Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related major.
- Have minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in related field.
- Skills in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in human resources or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Enthusiasm for cultivating a positive work culture.
- Experienced with HRMS is a PLUS.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
