Your primary role is to identify, attract, and hire the best candidates for job openings within an organization. You will be responsible for balancing the needs of the organization with a positive candidate experience, ensuring the right fit for both the company and the candidate. You are also the face of the company, promoting its competitive edge to attract talent.Â
Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of the position, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Use various methods to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruiting events.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to further assess candidates’ suitability.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, often involving multiple rounds and different formats (e.g., technical tests, behavioral interviews).
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping accurate records of the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms of employment, and handle any counter-offers or negotiations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization, including completing necessary paperwork and providing initial training and orientation.
- Promote the organization’s brand and culture to attract top talent. This can involve marketing efforts, creating engaging job descriptions, and representing the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging feedback and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong networking skills in IT communities (e.g., IT Sales, IT Engineers).
- Competent in selection strategy, able to determine suitable profiles for specific positions.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, IT products, and IT roles.
- Build relationships with talents and maintain a talent database.
- Able to perform talent benchmarking, with the ability to assess talent feasibility and acumen.
- Comfortable working with strict targets and willing to work beyond standard hours.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Dedicated and passionate about talent acquisition.
