Deskripsi pekerjaan Talent Acquisition Associate (Mandarin Speaker) Glints
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our regional People team, to help build a world-class team at Glints by attracting and acquiring A-players.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be entrusted to manage the end-to-end regional recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles. This means having ownership and the autonomy to build your own talent pipelines, be a trusted consultant and partner to our business leaders, ensure the best candidate experience, and help bring on board talented candidates that embody and help champion our RIIBCOH values.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive quality hires in a timely manner
- Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
- Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process

Who We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment or related fields
- Passionate about people and recruitment
- Target-driven, but with a focus on quality
- Organised and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- Agile and versatile; able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- A persuasive and confident communicator with a good command of English and Mandarin due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
