Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Have the ability to adapt and understand complex systems and business processes
- Have the ability to understand the requirements of business user needs and their application to the system
- Have logical thinking in order to understand system performance, critical in order to be able to find problems, solutions, and be able to implement these solutions, as well as evaluate the results of their implementation.
- Have good knowledge with coding/programming language
- Have the ability related to the integration of various systems and reconciliation
- Have the ability to work with teams, good interpersonal communication, and good leadership.
- Have the ability to explain technical details
- Having experience involved in IT Project from start to finish.
- Understanding the basics of the SDLC process is a must
- Have good communication skills, both orally and in writing because you will work with various teams
- Have own initiative, able to work independently, collaborate with people at various levels
- No issues with financial industry
Job Description
- Analyzing functional and technical gaps between the requirements received and the current system capabilities. This analysis produces a gap between current and accepted needs
- Conduct assessments and reviews of the effort required in project work or operations
- Prepare draft documentation (technical and non-technical) required in accordance with applicable procedures and policies
- Conduct reviews with internal teams or vendors to finalize documents
- Participate in carrying out trials or testing in projects and ensure the quality of the goods/services provided is in accordance with the criteria of the needs that have been conveyed
- Participate in assisting or carrying out the SDLC process that has been implemented
- Review FSD and/or TSD documents in project activities
- Prepare proposed plans for implementing operational activities and seek approval from the relevant leadership and IT team
- Prepare complete operational documents according to applicable procedures and policies
- Coordinating with the IT team and related teams to support the implementation of operational activities and projects
- Review and provide feedback on the implementation of technical work in operational activities and projects
- Carry out escalations and submit progress reports on operational activities periodically or based on requests from the relevant leadership or IT team
