- Sarjana (S1) di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang HRD atau manajemen sumber daya manusia.
- Memahami undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan regulasi terkait.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang strategi pengembangan karyawan dan manajemen kinerja.
- Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang kuat.
- Very good learner.
- Melaksanakan kebijakan dan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja karyawan.
- Terlibat dalam proses rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan karyawan.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan karyawan.
