We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training and developing our staff, implementing and overseeing KPIs and OKRs, recruiting top-tier talent, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, and optimizing organizational efficiency.
Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, fostering continuous growth and development.
Performance Management: Set up, implement, and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving performance excellence.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to attract and onboard A-player team members who are aligned with our company culture and values.
Compliance Management: Ensure staff compliance with rules and regulations, taking appropriate action to address any non-compliance issues and maintain a compliant work environment.
Organizational Structure: Develop and maintain organizational charts and job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment within the company.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners, optimizing collaboration and maximizing value.
Human Capital Planning: Develop and execute human capital planning strategies, including succession planning, talent retention, and workforce development initiatives.
Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and management teams to create and manage yearly HR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on training and development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in budget management and financial planning preferred.
