Deskripsi pekerjaan Staff Customer Service EUSU Logistics Indonesia
Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to day operation and shipping documentation
• Checking & preparing all documentation to ensure details are correct and compliant with Customs requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and pricing
• Responsible to all export/import duties, including labeling, custom clearance, shipment tracking, etc
• Provide accurate export/import documents (invoice, packing list, etc)
• Control payment processing
• Create AP & AR Invoice
• Checking P & L
• Checking Accrual Revenue and Cost
• Checking and ensure that invoice is already sent to customers
• Checking AP & AR invoice from overseas
• Checking Job Closing
• Develop productive relationship with new and existing customer
• Work closely with both internal and external agents
Requirements:
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in Freight forwarding/Logistics/Import/Export
• Good command of written and spoken in English
• Proficient in MS-Office applicants (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Good communication skill, Well organized, High motivation, good analytical thinking
• Hold PPJK Certification more advantage
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
