Job Description:
- Assist in the planning, management and execution of effective and efficient social media advertising campaigns.
- Manage assigned advertising budget to maximize campaign results.
- Analyze campaign performance data and create regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and relevant advertising content.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in social media marketing that can be applied in campaign strategies.
- Monitor and maintain brand quality and consistency across various social media platforms.
Requirement:
- S1 / SMA / SMK in marketing, communication, or other related fields.
- Strong interest in social media and good understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Good analytical skills and understanding of key metrics in digital marketing.
- Creative, self-starter and good multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in social media advertising campaign management (both personal and professional) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and ad management software such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
