Urgently Needed for Social Media Strategist – On Site
JOB ROLE
Social Media Strategist is core to the development of strategic marketing recommendations for our Client (using Data from social media analytics, web analytics, research and market context), develop creative briefs and the optimisation of content. By blending analysis of in-market performance from Data support team and understanding the digital mandatories and platform best practises, they will recommend how content can be optimised to perform in a range of spaces (owned platforms i.e. websites, social sites etc and earned i.e. SEO). Working with the creative team, they will also be responsible for creating reactive content.
As Social Media Strategist will identify opportunities for relevant, reactive content and have the ability to think and deliver strategically, as well as tactically. And responsibility for preparation good Pitching Deck for client .
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
DATA INTERPRETATION:
• Working knowledge around the data sources available with regards to audience and
needs identification.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, performance reporting and data visualisation.
• Bring fresh and unique insights and strategies to global brands, across their online
presence and commercial activities.
• Lead and deliver on insight programme delivery to a high quality and standard of
execution.
CREATIVE STRATEGY:
• Lead and deliver creative briefs to inspire a high quality standard of creative.
• Ensure all work is delivering against creative brief and objectives.
CONTENT STRATEGY:
• Lead and deliver content plan/map with precision marketing in mind
• Provide copy pointers for each consumer cohort to creative team for precision
marketing campaigns
CONTENT OPTIMISTAION:
• Working knowledge of how to optimise content at all key Social Media Platforms.
• Continually evolve best practice approach to Social Media Platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE :
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Indonesia & English
• Excellent to prepare good Pitching Deck
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Visualisation and reporting experience
• Experience within an creative agency, consultancy or a forward thinking client

• Confidence and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment
• Desire to learn and continuously improve
• Able to develop and maintain strong and effective professional relationships with a
diverse range of stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or equivalent.
• Age 25 – 30
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
prefer from Creative Agency Marketing
• Firm grasp of emerging digital tools
• Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints. Excellent interpersonal
