Deskripsi pekerjaan Site Operation Manager ( Surabaya / Sidoarjo ) PT Easybook Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Manage on site day-to-day 24/7 operation to make sure operation smoothly running, includes staff assignments, customers experiences, stakeholders management, support systems, etc.
- Hire, onboard, train required team members and make sure they follow the procedure of the operation
- Produce periodical reports to all concerned stakeholders
- Be the first contact point to handle all issues in field, and liaise with other departments for resolutions
- Do continuous analysis & improvement for more effective & efficient operations
- Working location: Sidoarjo / Surabaya, East Java
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field with tech savvy knowledge
- At least 5 years’ experience in handling on site day-to-day operations, especially in retail, transportation, logistics, shopping malls, or relevant industries (B2B, B2C, B2G).
- Solid experience in leading field people to drive them into the right direction and working attitude
- Basic knowledge of SaaS would be an advantage
- Able to communicate in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- A self-starter and able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful, and able to work in fast-paced environment. Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, and integrity.
