Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Sales Engineer Orca Technology Solutions
- Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales visits and presentations to potential clients to showcase product offerings and technical capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and solutions to customer inquiries and requirements, and to complete the sales order process
- Manage customer inquiries via face-to-face meetings, phone, email and other communication channels
- Deliver technical proposals, quotations, product/sales information and solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the sales management team
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential customers
- Support the sales director and operations director with sales related requirements
- Any other work as assigned by the sales director for the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or technical products/services sector
- Experience in selling industrial valves, actuators or related products is a plus
- Ready to convert sales leads to actual sales contacts for the company is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to customers effectively in a simple and easy to understand manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and/or CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking and writing skills is a must
