Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or other related field.
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience as an IT project manager.
- Deep understanding and experience of the day-to-day operations of software development projects and project management principles and software development lifecycle including project planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology using scrum framework and change management framework.
- Familiar with project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Gantt Chart, Git Lab.
- Ability to build and manage a solid team and effectively lead a team, including setting roles, assigning tasks, providing direction, motivate team members, developing team members and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to think analytically, identify problems quickly, analyze root causes, and strong problem solve.
- Ability to identify, explore and manage project risks effectively to minimize their negative impacts.
- Ability to make appropriate and efficient decisions based on careful analysis and deep understanding of the project and work environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various parties, including project teams, senior management, clients and other stakeholders.
- Ability to efficiently manage project time, budget and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within established budget limits.
- Have a good understanding of the technology used in the project, programming languages, Frameworks, IT infrastructure, and other technical concepts.
- Ready to work according to targets and deadlines with a focus on delivering complex projects and in accordance with quality standards.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written English.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and lead the project team in all aspects of IT projects, including planning, implementation, control and reporting.
- Ensure that the project is implemented and delivered according to the specified timeline, allocated budget, and specified specifications or scope.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including resource planning, schedule, tasks, and budget.
- Identify, evaluate and manage project risks, and efficiently take preventive actions necessary to minimize their negative impacts.
- Identify project problems and offer solutions.
- Manage daily project operations and create project documentation.
- Communicate regularly with all project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of the project status.
- Ensure that projects comply with relevant security, compliance and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Report regularly to senior management on project progress, emerging issues, and recommendations for further action.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for future improvement.
- Ensure an ideal project environment that allows the team to comfortably perform their tasks to the best of their ability.
