Keepers Financial Services on behalf of Unwired Logic K.K is looking for a Senior DX Consultant. Unwired Logic stands as a distinguished consulting firm, with our main office located in Tokyo, Japan, complemented by a branch in Bali, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated digital solutions that meet clients' needs.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of each department's operations, including observing workflows and interviewing employees to gather insights and identify pain points.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with clients' objectives and industry best practices.
4. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of digital transformation initiatives, including technology adoption, process optimization, and organizational change management.
5. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that have the potential to impact clients' businesses.
6. Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new digital solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.
7. Anticipate project risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders, offering solutions and mitigation strategies as needed.
8. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior executives and key stakeholders throughout the digital transformation journey.
9. Monitor and measure the success of digital transformation initiatives, providing regular progress reports and recommendations for optimization.
10. Conduct periodic reviews of departmental operations, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
11. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive trends related to digital transformation.
12. Mentor and manage intermediate consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development and project execution.
13. Analyze business data, including financial metrics, expenses, and revenue, to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
14. Support business development activities by participating in client meetings, proposal development, and presentations to showcase expertise and capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or a similar role.
3. Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives for large organizations across multiple industries.
4. Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
5. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into digital strategies and solutions.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results within established timelines and budgets.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
9. Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.
10. Relevant certifications, such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma, are highly desirable.
