JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned event clients, serving as the person in charge who oversees the entire event process, from initial consultation to post-event analysis.
- Partner with clients to understand their event goals, target audience, and budget.
- Develop and present customized event proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced in-house event production team to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client revenue.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with a specific event niche (e.g., corporate events, trade shows, conferences).
- Knowledge of event budgeting and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the event industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
