3. Having minimum 1 years experience as an secretary will be advantage
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Domicile: JAKARTA
Responsibility
1. Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
2. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
3. Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars.
4. Prepare and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings.
5. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
