Deskripsi pekerjaan Sekretari GM (Translator Mandarin) PT Shaka Karya Solusi
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager in work coordination, accurately convey various work instructions, supervise and inspect the implementation of various tasks;
2. Responsible for executing the general manager’s work schedule and reminders;
3. Carry out data retrieval, summary, statistics and analysis that the general manager is concerned about, and go deep into the business sector to promote business progress;
4. Convene and chair general manager office meetings and weekly meetings, inspect and supervise the completion of work of each department, and report to the general manager in a timely manner;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Job requirements:
1. Graduation from secretarial or management related majors, more than 3 years of relevant work experience, and catering industry background are preferred;
2. Be able to use various office software proficiently, have strong sense of service and responsibility, have execution ability, be good at communication, have strong ability to withstand pressure and have strong stability;
3. Good image and temperament, calm, careful, and strong ability to do things;
4. Must have excellent Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
