Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Support Admin Samyang Foods Indonesia
Sales Support Admin plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operations of the sales team. Responsibilities include receiving, processing, and ensuring the accuracy of incoming orders, while also addressing any administrative issues or inquiries that arise. Sales Support Admin also maintain and update databases essential to the sales team's activities and handle the coordination of sales program recaps, ensuring alignment with finance regarding payment plans. Collaboration with other divisions, particularly finance, is integral, as is managing and coordinating sales team schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Additionally, prepare and distribute necessary documents, reports, and presentations, and oversee the organization of filing systems, both electronic and physical, to guarantee easy access to information. Furthermore, provide assistance in the preparation of expense reports and aid in budget tracking efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Proven experience minimum 1 year as an administrative assistant or similiar role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in database management and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period
