Job Summary
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the entire sales process including prospecting, generating lead, negotiation, closing, oversee project’s progression and payment, and account management. You will work closely with customers, material estimator, production, and after sales service staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end sales process, negotiation skills, and preferable have experiences in the fields of refrigeration and vehicle industry.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Engineering program
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a refrigeration or vehicle industry
- Proven track record of achieving targeted sales
- Strong mathematic calculations, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, also capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and various sales technologies
- Ability to understand customer needs, negotiate costs and services
- Able to work both independently and as a part of the team
- Possesses a strong work ethic and integrity
- Have a personal mode of transportation and a valid driver’s license
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current trends and competitor status
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Develop sales strategies and set monthly targets
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services
- Record sales and order information, and report the same to the sales department
- Ensure that sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Create, review, and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate timelines and budgets to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
