- Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Managing all sales operations, including meeting sales target, estimating, and forecasting sales revenues.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives, activities, and reporting.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as maintaining strong post-sales relationships with customers and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Growing the revenues of the organisation by identifying new business and generating new opportunities.
- A university degree or higher qualification from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of sales management or consulting experience preferably in start up or related fields with B2C Model
- A proven track record of driving fast growth and achieving sales goals in a competitive market.
- A strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and empower the sales team.
- A self-motivated, proactive with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple ongoing projects.
- A high level of attention to detail and responsibility.
