Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Development PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia,
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategy by respective area
- Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in the dealers within the sales authorization & budget
- Develop sales plan and forecast
- Regularly visit customer and identity & acquire prospect customers
- Coordinate with dealers on various business aspect i.e marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory customer financial management, etc.
- Drive and implement sales system and processes
- Coordinate and support Network Development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Release Criteria) implementation at dealer branches and sites
- Responsible and managing the sales discount support propely within the budget
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor degree from all major
- Min. 3-5 years experience in the truck industry or automotive
- Understand customers, build a strong relationship with customers and good negotiation skill
- Have strong business insight, analytical thinking and market development
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
