About the role
This is an exciting role to spearhead strategic projects within operations, working closely
with the B2B sales team and COO. You will drive impact, shaping the company's future
trajectory. Collaborating across teams, you'll have autonomy to lead projects from
ideation to implementation, making a tangible impact on the organization's success and
growth.
What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries and accounts
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them on our products or services, and qualify them as sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings for B2B Partnership Managers to further develop qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Deliver monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and sales meetings
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions persuasively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process
